Manage Data from Finished Product Testing
  • The Finished Product Analyzer is used for capturing the test data from finished product testing. The software consists of the following windows:
  • Product Registration: the user inputs information regarding the product, its packaging, the materials’ manufacturers and suppliers, and includes eight custom fields used to suit the internal information control needs of your company.
  • Monograph: where the user can define the required tests, workload, costs, department or external labs, sample and unit amounts, and detailed comments relating to each test.
  • Certificate of Analysis: is used for entering, verifying and approving data, initiating investigations, and tracking expiration and retest dates. 
  • Approved Manufacturers and Suppliers list: where the user can verify that the product is from an approved source.
  • Out of Specification Investigation list: that displays details of each investigation including the unique values and tests they are related to.
  • Trending: of lots is possible to ensure that the raw material manufacturing process is under control.
  • Extensive, independent audit trail: is provided for all key windows, which tracks all creation, modification and deletion of data within the system.
