Our customer service and technical support departments play a central role in helping Novatek International's customers and partners achieve their business goals.
Novatek provides a full support & maintenance service to ensure post implementation customer care. This service includes a full Upgrade service, which ensures that while under support contract, you can receive functional releases of the software and documentation including the validation package for every upgrade. In the event of any software errors, Novatek would make Software Patches available.
The user has access to the Help Desk, which provides the following services.
The technical support department is dedicated to providing reliable and accurate answers. Customers can request technical support via phone, fax and e-mail. Requests are addressed within 24 hours.
