For Testing Raw Materials & Incoming Packaging Components

• The Raw Material Analyzer facilitates the testing of incoming materials and their packaging components. The software consists of the following windows:
• Product Registration: the user inputs information regarding the raw materials, its shipment packaging, the materials’ manufacturers and suppliers, and includes eight custom fields used to suit your information control needs.
• Monograph: where the user can define the required tests, workload, costs, department or external labs, sample and unit amounts, and detailed comments relating to each test.
• Certificate of Analysis: used for entering, verifying and approving test data, initiating investigations, and tracking expiration and retesting dates. 
• Approved Manufacturers and Suppliers list: where the user can verify that the product is from an approved source.
• Out of Specification Investigation list: that displays details of each investigation including the unique values and tests to which they are related.
• Statistical Trending: of lots using linear regression in a graphical display is provided to ensure the manufacturing process is under control.
• Extensive, independent audit trail: is provided for all key windows, tracking all creation, modification and deletion of data within the system.
